Information Submitted Over the Internet

Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. does not sell, trade or distibute personal information, including but not limited to telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses, to any third party without permission.

Information that is submitted to Foxx Capital Funding, Inc., either via the Internet, telephone, verbally or through any other medium, is sent only to certain entities and/or organizations with the borrower's knowledge and authorization for the purpose of providing the applicant loan options and information.

Personal Financial Information

Financial Information submitted by borrowers is only shared with credit bureaus, mortgage lenders, and/or other financial organizations for the purpose of obtaining a competitive interest rate and term for the borrower.

Social Security Information

A borrower's Social Security information is used by Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. to request a credit report from various credit bureaus. Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. only accepts Social Security Information with either a signed or verbal authorization from the borrower.

Borrowers who wish to give Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. authorization to submit their Social Security Information to credit bureaus must sign an authorization form. A Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. Loan Consultant can not use a borrower's Social Security Information without authorization.

Verbal authorization can be given in the presence of a Loan Consultant or over the telephone, or through any digital medium (i.e. email, instant messaging), but must be followed up with a signed authorization.

Social Security Information given over the Internet via a Foxx Capital Funding, Inc. web application is treated as a verbal authorization. Submitting Social Security Information in a web application is optional. If the borrower wishes to, they may fill out a web application and leave the Social Security Information field(s) empty and then later submit that information by telephone or in person, at their discression.
